At PureVa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@pureva.com with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@pureva.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
